Certification: Certification will start on August 4, 2008 and will last 2 weeks ending on August 15th, 2008. Sessions meet Monday through Friday for 5 hours per day. Two Certification Session are currently scheduled: 7:00 am -12:00 (noon) EST and 6:00 pm-11:00 pm EST. In order to pass the certification requirement, a 100% attendance commitment is required. Candidate must attend the full 5 hours for every day of certification.

Effective Brand Ambassadors for this work at home job must possess a balance of home repair and services knowledge, sales skills and soft skills in order to convert inquiries to firm referrals. Successful Brand Ambassadors to telecommute for VIP Desk have a penchant for serving customers, problem-solving ability and excellent tone of service. Further, Brand Ambassadors will use effective questioning and listening techniques to identify customer needs.
