If you do not mind doing upsells at the end of calls then this is a great company to work for! Very flexible! I just cannot handle the sales involved with it all.
I agree with Miss Tina. The pay wasn't that great but I enjoyed the freedom of working from home. However, I didn't like the upsell part of it. I don't believe that customers should be badgered into buying something when they have already purchased what they wanted. I'd hate for someone to do that to me.
